AIAMMA Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the AIAMMA website. We are committed to transparency regarding our refund and cancellation policies for all types of payments, including donations, memberships, and other fees received for social causes through our payment gateway. Our policies are as follows:

1. No Refund/Cancellation for Membership Fees and Donations:

   • Membership fees and donations made by any member or donor through the online payment gateway are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
   • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. In-Kind Support:

   • Any in-kind support received from members or donors will be directed to the most underserved film communities.

3. Non-Refundable Donations:

   • Donations made for any cause are non-refundable. Once a donation is received, it will be used for the development of the film community, film makers’ education, or cinema producer empowerment.

4. Memberships and Registrations:

   • All memberships, including banner registration, title registration, membership cards, and artist cards, are applied for online and are non-refundable. Please remember to collect the payment receipt from the Muvattupuzha office within three working days or provide a GPay screenshot along with your ID card. Otherwise, the ID card will not be considered valid.

5. Digital Payments:

   • AIAMMA does not provide refunds for any digital payments.
