**Membership Registration for Arts Intercultural Amusement and Movie Makers Association (AIAMMA):**
1. All members must pay for either standard or premium (life) membership.
2. Premium members are exempt from yearly fees but must pay a monthly charge of Rs. 50 for office maintenance.
3. Monthly or yearly payments must be made in advance.
4. Free membership allows access to the website or WhatsApp group, but free members cannot participate beyond these platforms.
5. Webpage usage is priced at ₹5,000 for ID Card members.

### **TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
**Agreement to AIAMMA Acceptable Use Policy and Terms:**
- Mandatory for membership signup or service usage.
- All payments to AIAMMA are non-refundable.
- Late payments may result in account suspension.
- Communication is primarily through direct calls or WhatsApp; postal materials are the member's responsibility.
**Membership Fees:**
- Non-refundable; due at registration.
- All disputes subject to Muvattupuzha jurisdiction.
**Group Memberships:**
- WhatsApp, email, and Telegram groups are optional.
- Admins have the right to terminate group membership without prior notice.
- It is possible for a member to add one person or as many people as they want to our association after receiving their ID card.
**Account Deletion:**
- Members must visit the Muvattupuzha office for account deletion, paying a minimum of Rs. 500.
- Membership ID card must be returned for account deletion.
**Responsibility:**
- Members must retain payment receipts for validation.
- Attendance of at least one member meeting per year is mandatory for ID card holders.

- Deposits made to the association's account mobile number 9061169035 via Google Pay, PhonePe, deposited in the association's bank account, or directly handed over to the treasurer in the association office are non-refundable under any circumstances, as per the association's refund policy. Any objections regarding the amount paid must be addressed by contacting the office within 24 hours.
**Acceptable Use Policy:**
- All services must be used for lawful purposes.
- Prohibited content includes pornography, illegal materials, hacking, and unauthorized software distribution.
**Banned Scripts:**
- Certain scripts are prohibited, including IRC egg drops, proxy servers, and mail bombers.
**Background Running Programs:**
- Background daemons are generally prohibited, subject to case-by-case review.
**IRC:**
- Currently not allowed on AIAMMA servers.
**Backup:**
- Members are responsible for their MySQL database backups.
- AIAMMA will do backups of websites, images, etc.
**Commercial Advertising - Email:**
- AIAMMA servers may not be involved in spam, flames, or mail bombs.
- Refusal of service for known spammers.
**Server Abuse:**
- Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server are strictly prohibited.
**Indemnification:**
- Members must defend and hold AIAMMA harmless against any claims arising from website content or member actions.
### **LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:**
- AIAMMA is not responsible for system downtime, crashes, or data loss.
- AIAMMA's liability is limited to the amount paid by the member.
### **DISCLAIMER:**
- AIAMMA cannot be held liable for system downtime or data loss.
- AIAMMA retains the right to change policies without notice.
### **TRUST CONDITION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBER:**
- Members must provide correct contact details and keep them updated.
- AIAMMA has the right to suspend accounts with invalid details.
### **TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT:**
- Effective upon website registration.
- Members may be terminated without notice if they violate the terms, conditions, or rules.
- AIAMMA reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, and members are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
