The AIAMMA members must make an application for fresh titles specifying the period, languages and formats such as Films, Television, Digital etc for which the member is seeking to register the title with AIAMMA. On receipt of an application from the member, the AIAMMA explores the title in the industry domain within a time bound period. Subject to the availability and clearance of the title with due consideration to the legitimate interests of all concerned stakeholders and adherence to the established norms and guidelines of the film and television industry, the AIAMMA registers the title and accordingly intimates its respective member.
